Return & Refund Policy
Bell Bring makes sure the customers get what they placed their order for. In case things don’t go right, we focus on making the return or exchange process as smooth as possible for you. The following is our exchange/return policy for goods or services brought from Bell Bring.
One-time Free Return and Exchange Policy:
You can return or exchange products of your first order for free no later than 7 days from the date of delivery as long as they are in unused condition, with their original tags, and the packaging bag untouched/intact. While requesting an exchange, be sure you carefully select the exchange item based on size, product and color. The products accepted in exchange can not be returned or exchanged again.
Policy For Return After 7 Days:
We apologize that we will not be able to accept or help with exchange or return requests made for any reason after 7 days. Your patience in this matter is deeply appreciated.
Policy for Damaged/Incorrect Product:
You can submit an exchange request directly on our Bell Bring’s website in the uncommon situation where a product you ordered arrives in poor condition, is damaged, defective, or does not match what you ordered. Always make sure you identify these cases within 7 days from the product delivery. Any problem pointed out after 7 days will not be considered.
Please Note:
You will have to self-ship the item to our warehouse if any of our courier partners are unable to pick it up at your Pin Code (postal code) during a return or exchange. After the return or exchange procedure is finished, we will reimburse up to ₹200 for the shipping costs (based on the amount stated in the shipping receipt). Sharing the shipment receipt or bill is required in order to process the reimbursement.
Swapping or returning only one product during a combo purchase or even exchanging it with a less valuable/duplicate product:
- The return amount credited to your account would be based on the individual product price instead of the combo cost if you purchased two or more items from a combo and decided to return just one of them. For instance, you will receive a refund of an item worth Rs. 620 (1520 - 900) if you buy two formal shirts for Rs. 1520 with a 20% discount and decide to return one of them, which is priced at Rs. 900. Other product categories will also be liable to similar terms and conditions.
- The discount will be adjusted based on the product you keep from the order when you return product(s) from a larger/combined order. For instance, if you buy six kurtas and get a 50% discount. If you decide to return three of them, the discount will be changed to match the number of products you decided to keep, which is 25% for three products.
In case of swapping products (original) with some other products?
When you request an exchange, you have the freedom to choose an alternative product of equal or smaller value. If the substitute product has a lesser value, you are requested to contact our support team once the item is delivered at your doorstep. The price difference calculated will be credited/refunded to you through your original means of payment or the bank/UPI details you have provided. In case you have any queries or require help, feel free to reach out to our support team. We're here to assist you at every step of the process.
Please Note:
Any prepaid or UPI discount (offered by Payment Gateway) applied to your order will not be taken into account in the new order value and will be removed when you return any or all of the items in your order with multiple items or exchange them for any lesser-value item.
Policy For Order Cancellation
Bell Bring provides you with the option to cancel an order until the point of shipment. If you are cancelling your order due to any confusion or unfavorable condition, you are kindly requested to reach out to our support team before you cancel. Additionally, there are a few orders that are dispatched immediately and it is not always viable to cancel an order.
Refund Policy
- Order canceled before shipment: If you canceled an order from our website before it was shipped, the refund is started immediately, but it might take three to five business days for it to appear in the original payment method. If you are not signed up for DND (Do Not Disturb), you will receive SMS updates on your number.
- Policy for returned product(s): For prepaid orders, we initiate the refund process in the next one to two business days after receiving and evaluating the returned item or items at our warehouse. In case we face trouble processing your refund to the original source of payment, we can request your UPI ID or bank account information for cash on delivery orders.
- For exchange with less valuable product(s): You are requested to reach out to the customer support team if the exchange order that is delivered to you is different or a product of lesser value. The difference will be credited to your shared bank account or UPI ID.
Important Information
If you are confused with any action/product/process, we encourage you to kindly connect with our team, and we will clear it for you. You are liable for any decision made by you without earlier communication or based on assumptions
Since no quality check is done at the time of pickup, it is the customer's responsibility to give only the requested item or items when picking up any items that have been requested for return or exchange. Bell Bring disclaims all liability for any inaccurate, incorrect, or other items delivered during the pickup.
Since the physical pickup receipt is proof of pickup, please make sure to pick it up at the time of pickup. If there is no proof of pickup, Bell Bring will not be held accountable for any pickup that is completed without it being marked as "Picked Up" on the tracking.
